• Absolutely no pets allowed.
• All reservations are subject to a non-refundable reservation processing fee of $15.00.
• Casa is a smoke free resort. No smoking is permitted on the balconies or in the rooms.
• Maximum occupancies are enforced.
• Must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and check in. All parties must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent.
• Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to local and state tax.
• A 2-night minimum stay is required on all reservations other than holidays, which require 3 nights. (Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July)
• Deposit due upon booking for Short Term Rentals (29 days or less) is 50% of the total stay is due at time of booking. Final payment of the remaining 50% of the total reservation cost will be due 15 days prior to your scheduled check in date for your vacation rental.
• A cancellation notice is required 5 days prior to your arrival date to qualify for a refund less a $25 cancellation fee.
• Upon arrival we honor Visa, MasterCard, Travelers Checks, Discover, American Express, cash, and Personal Checks, with a valid drivers license.
• A $500 deposit is required for monthly and long-term rentals. A 60-day notice of cancellation is required for monthly bookings to receive a refund of deposit less a $25 cancellation fee.
• No changes in itinerary are permitted within 5 days of check in date or after check in. For long term stays, no changes in itinerary are permitted within 60 days of check in date or after check in.
